Role Description
- Collecting & uploading content
- Sharing content packages to eRetailers
- Performing live checks & gap closings (checking if delivered content is live on the eRetailer’s website & filling gaps with relevant content)
- Participating in weekly calls with the client to share status of received tasks
- Updating task status in trackers & decks
- Spotting inconsistencies in content & flagging those to the client + resolving issues on the go
- Recommending proactively solutions to the client
- Provide support across teams when capacity is left (different projects can be assigned)
- Support in coordinating asset production if necessary
- Experience in working with clients for at least 1 year - Pro-client attitude and professionalism, high personal culture and communication skills,
- First experience in the digital field min. 1 year
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Being a team player with a sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned
- Knowledge of excel (intermediate level)
- Assertiveness and courage in presenting your ideas
- Interests and willingness to develop in the eCommerce industry
- English B2+/C1 level
- German C1+ level
- Experience in working with project management tools like (Asana, Jira, Trello)
- Experience in working with CMS (Content Management Systems)
- Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation
