Caio indexes and organizes public job postings. Listings can change, expire, duplicate, or contain errors from the original source.
Caio does not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation, job availability, or employer responses.
The original posting controls the final job details, requirements, and application process. Public search users apply at the source. Full-service users may ask Caio to help prepare, track, or submit applications, but the candidate remains responsible for approving truthful information.
The Caio Jobs API is paid access for software agents and developer tools. API responses may include job summaries, details, preserved descriptions, Caio URLs, and direct apply URLs when the API key has that access.
Caio Managed Job Search uses automation for repetitive work with human oversight when it matters. Caio can search, shortlist, tailor material, ask questions, submit applications under your direction, and send summaries. Important unanswered questions are sent back to you; Caio never invents candidate information.
You are responsible for keeping API keys private and for all requests made with your key. Do not publish keys, share them publicly, embed them in client-side code, or use another customer's key.
API access may be rate-limited, quota-limited, paused, changed, or revoked to protect the service, source data providers, and other users. Caio does not guarantee uninterrupted API availability or a fixed number of matching jobs.
Caio Managed Job Search is $99/month and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel future renewals at any time by emailing [email protected]. The initial monthly charge is refundable on request within 30 days of payment. Later charges are not refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed. Developer API billing is separate.
Caio targets 30–100 relevant applications per monthly billing period. This is a target, not a guarantee, and depends on role and geographic breadth, seniority, specialization, qualifications, work authorization, current job availability, and application complexity. Caio will not submit low-quality matches merely to reach a number.
Do not abuse, overload, scrape, resell, mirror, bulk-export, or attempt to disrupt Caio. Do not use Caio to submit false or misleading candidate information, spam employers, or bypass limits intended for public pages or API access.
Agents and automated systems should use the API instead of crawling public pages at high volume. Caio may challenge, throttle, or block automation that degrades service reliability or ignores robots and rate-limit rules.
You may use API responses to search, rank, shortlist, and assist with applications for your own users. You may not sell Caio's job data as a competing dataset, use it to build a cloned job index, or remove attribution to the original source when presenting job details.
Caio may suspend or terminate access for abuse, payment failure, security risk, excessive load, source-provider complaints, or violation of these terms.
Some Caio components may be available as open source. Open source code is governed by its repository license; hosted service use is governed by these terms.
