Caio collects the information needed to provide free search, managed job-search help, support, and payment handoff.

Information we collect

Caio may store your email address, optional LinkedIn URL, target role and location, work authorization, search preferences, application materials, conversation history, support messages, application decisions, and consent choices you provide. Stripe processes payment details; Caio does not receive your full card number.

How we use it

We use this information to unlock search, remember preferences, find and evaluate roles, prepare or submit applications under your direction, ask questions, provide summaries, support the service, prevent abuse, and contact you when you opt in. Caio does not invent missing candidate information.

Analytics

Caio uses PostHog to understand commercial-page views, search, unlock, login, apply clicks, FAQ interactions, checkout clicks, and campaign attribution. Form inputs and personal details are masked from analytics capture.

Messaging platforms

Managed Job Search can be delivered through WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. The platform you choose processes messages under its own privacy terms. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Caio uses conversation content to deliver and support the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share candidate details with employers and application providers only when performing application work you have authorized. Service providers such as Stripe, messaging platforms, email delivery, hosting, and analytics process limited data on Caio's behalf. Indexed employers and messaging providers do not endorse or partner with Caio unless explicitly stated.

Retention and deletion

We keep profile, conversation, interest, and application data while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve safety. Request access, correction, or deletion at [email protected].
