Ihre Rolle Coordination and processing of shipping orders for national and international customers Preparation of shipping and export documents (e.g., customs documents, delivery notes, invoices) Communication with shipping companies, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery Customs clearance and compliance with export regulations, as well as cooperation with authorities Monitoring of stock levels and coordination with production planning Complaint processing in the area of shipping and logistics Working hours: 40-hour week, usually Monday–Friday, with flexitime from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Ihr Profil Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding agent, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in logistics, shipping, or export processing is desirable Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office Knowledge of customs and export regulations (ATLAS, Incoterms, preferential rights) is an advantage Good written and spoken German and English skills Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Ihre
