What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor batch plant equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Coordinate material flow, inventory levels, and production schedules.
  • Perform routine inspections, adjustments, and basic maintenance on plant systems.
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safe work practices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and supervisors to support efficient operations.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
