Site Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join ongoing data centre projects across Germany, primarily in the Frankfurt region. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless day-to-day site coordination and effective collaboration between contractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily on-site activities across contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress against timelines and tracking key site activities
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for coordination, communication, and issue resolution
• Assist with site logistics, including materials management and workforce coordination
• Identify and report risks, delays, and performance issues, ensuring timely escalation where required
• Ensure all site activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on data centre, construction, or industrial projects
• Strong coordination, organisation, and communication skills
• Solid technical understanding of:
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical systems
• Thermal and cooling infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-pressure site environment
