What You'll Be Doing
- Support HR Operations by enhancing existing HR processes through the use of AI tools, automation, and digital solutions
- Assist with managing and tracking HR Operations projects, including timelines, documentation, and deliverables
- Partner with HR team members to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions
- Prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations that support operational decision‑making
- Document standard operating procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Enrollment in the later years of a bachelor’s degree program or a master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR Operations, process improvement, project management, and applied technology
- Ability to learn, test, and apply AI‑enabled tools in an HR environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively and independently
