Import /Export
- Processes importation releasing from BOC and from port. Liaise with brokers and forwarders for these transactions. These include providing documents needed, checking billings from several partners and endorsing them to Finance for payment processing.
- Processes export transactions to several countries especially for APS bags, butterwrappers and shrink bags going to Thailand, Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, India and Japan.
- Does the booking and scheduling of exports for some countries who are in CIF incoterm. While for ex-works, coordinates with Logistics team of the destination country for these schedules
- Attends to semi-annual inventory Count at 3rd party logistics. In-charge of disposal transactions with 3rd party disposal service provider.
- Does the transactions to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for material disposal activities.
- Processes shipments (import and export) through couriers. Does the export documentations as well as pick up scheduling.
- Attends to local distribution logistics issues and concerns. Guides the 3rd party logisitcs partner on the truck allocations and scheduling.
- Monitors government licenses and permits and attends to requirements of annual renewal.
Monitors and reports OTC for Cavite Plant.
Freight costs requests
- Supply these information on a need basis by commercial team for their quotation to customers.
- Does the receiving transactions (MIGO_TR) of traded items in SAP and the releasing / issuance of orders (VL06c) in SAP.
- Supply these information on a need basis by commercial team for their quotation to customers.
- Does the transactions to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) for material disposal activities.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, business related course or equivalent
- Proficient in English both in oral and written communication.
- Good negotiation skills, with strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
- Exposure to shipping and plant operations, production planning and management.
