People Manager

🚨 Group HR Manager | Kilkenny / South East | Exclusive Opportunity 🚨

Eos Talent is delighted to partner with a well-established and growing organisation in the South East to appoint a People Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a business in growth mode and take ownership of the HR function during an exciting period of expansion.

With a current headcount of c.90 employees and plans to grow significantly over the next 12 months, this role offers the chance to make a real commercial impact while shaping people processes, culture and future talent strategy.

Responsibilities:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will lead the HR agenda across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor to managers while ensuring a proactive, practical and commercially focused HR service.

This is a broad generalist role with responsibility across:

• Employee Relations
• Recruitment & onboarding
• Employment law compliance
• Performance management
• Learning & Development
• Succession planning
• HR policies & processes
• Employee engagement & culture

Requirements:

You will be a confident and credible HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and influencing at all levels.

• A minimum of 5 years strong generalist HR experience
• Excellent ER and employment law knowledge
• Experience in fast-paced or growing environments
• Hands-on, practical approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build structure and improve processes
• CIPD qualified or equivalent

📍 South Kilkenny / South East location

🏢 4 days onsite each week

💰 Salary up to €75,000
