What You Do
- Conduct recurring activities such as annual dispatch of tax documents and pension adjustments.
- Ensure operational security through the creation, maintenance, and servicing of reports.
- Customize specific reports in Client 265, including access reports, provisioning interfaces, and interest reports.
- Participate in SAP-related projects and collaborate with colleagues from the specialist department.
- Represent in other SAP clients and perform occasional programming activities.
- Manage both changes/adaptations and operational security tasks.
- Proficiency in ABAP/4
- Fluency in German due to the need for clarification, correction, and adjustment of productive processes.
- Experience with SAP-Script and SAP-HCM knowledge.
- Skills in data modeling and processes for candidate management (including pension transition).
- High degree of independence and responsibility, including file handling and coordination for AVW activities.
- Beneficial: Knowledge of Allianz pension schemes in general.
- English proficiency is also necessary due to contact with Indian colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
