Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000/year (+ annual bonus of 10-20% based on company performance)

Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive the activation, evaluation, and optimization of multi-channel e-commerce marketing campaigns across brands and markets.

Job Summary
•Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytical tools, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define campaign objectives, conversion goals, and KPIs aligned with business priorities.
•Manage and optimize onsite and offsite e-commerce paid media efforts, including ad placements, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
•Collaborate with brand managers to deliver feedback and actionable recommendations that continuously improve campaign results.
•Develop and deliver insights to accelerate sales across major e-commerce channels, including Amazon, Walmart, CVS, Target, and Walgreens.
•Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of onsite and offsite media campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display advertising.

Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
•Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
•Strong Excel skills for data analytics and reporting.
•Excellent communication skills to convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple brands or markets simultaneously.
•Familiarity with a top-down analytical approach across product hierarchy levels, from brand to SKU.
•Background supporting organic growth strategies alongside paid media initiatives.
