Key responsibilities include:
Owning end-to-end delivery accountability across projects, support, managed services, and transformation programs
Ensuring delivery commitments are met within agreed SLAs, KPIs, timelines, budget, and quality standards
Driving operational governance, risk management, escalation handling, and service improvements
Managing resource planning, utilization, forecasting, and delivery capacity
Ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and organizational delivery processes
Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, PMO, infrastructure, cloud, application, and support teams
Identifying opportunities for account growth, expansion, and value-added services
Supporting business proposals, solution discussions, and customer presentations
Driving transformation initiatives including cloud migration, automation, optimization, and modernization programs
Partnering with sales, pre-sales, and leadership teams to improve account revenue and margins
Acting as the primary delivery contact for customer stakeholders and leadership teams
Leading governance meetings, executive reviews, and customer communication forums
Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and operational excellence
