Senior Program Manager

Overview

We are actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage the execution of critical programs, ensuring successful delivery of high quality solutions while leading multidisciplinary teams to meet customer requirements. This is a direct hire, full time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned defense programs
• Serve as the primary contact for program stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets, while monitoring performance metrics
• Manage program resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Identify and mitigate program risks to minimize impacts on objectives
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and contractual requirements
• Collaborate with business development teams to support program growth and proposal development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program management within the defense industry
• Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes, government contracting, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM) and Agile methodologies
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree in a related field
• Proven experience leading and delivering complex defense programs
• Familiarity with risk management strategies and mitigation plans
