In this role, you will work on a broad mix of complex commercial real estate matters—financing, leasing, development, acquisitions, and dispositions—supported by partners who are deeply invested in attorney growth. The team values initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a practical, business-minded approach to client service.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions with increasing autonomy
- Support financings, developments, leasing matters, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters
- Contribute to a collegial culture that prizes mentorship, professionalism, and consistent quality
- 1–4 years of commercial real estate experience from a sophisticated practice (financing or leasing experience highly valued)
- J.D. from a highly ranked law school
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
- A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting
