As the boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador, you'll build local partnerships, attend and execute events, connect directly with guests, and ensure our restaurants show up in authentic and engaging ways. You may also support new store openings by executing on-site marketing initiatives and creating memorable first impressions in new markets, as needed. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic, detail-oriented relationship-builder with a strong work ethic.
What You'll Own (Core Responsibilities)
Local Store Marketing & Community Engagement
- Brainstorm and develop targeted Local Store Marketing initiatives.
- Execute and support Local Store Marketing initiatives cross-functionally and across all markets.
- Assist in developing new community programs that support brand growth and guest engagement.
- Identify new partnership and event opportunities that align with brand values and local business goals.
- Assist with grassroots outreach efforts for new store openings, including on-site event support.
- Coordinate and manage community programs such as fundraising, kids programs, Summer Reading programs, gym partnerships, sponsorships, donations, and more.
- Maintain and grow relationships with local partners like schools, youth organizations, gyms, nonprofits, and local businesses.
- Support donation requests and ensure timely fulfillment and communication.
- Partner with store leadership and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful program execution.
- Attend community events, sponsorship activations, and fundraisers as a brand representative.
- Manage event logistics including materials, setup, breakdown, and on-site execution.
- Engage with guests at events to drive awareness, trial, and traffic to local stores.
- Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in all community interactions.
- Coordinate social influencer partnerships for new store openings, local events, and brand marketing.
- Assist in digital marketing projects related to new store openings and local store marketing.
- Support digital content creation as needed.
- Track participation, results, and feedback from programs and events to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain organization of marketing materials, event supplies, and program documentation.
- Maintain budgets, timelines, resources, and execution of all programs, events, and partnerships.
- Driving brand awareness and engagement
- Managing multiple projects and meeting timelines
- Building strong relationships with stores and partners
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing, community engagement, events, or related field
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40-50% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail Marketing
