Finance Manager - $120k-$200k - The Finance Manager partners with customers to finalize their RV purchase by presenting financing options, protection products, and ownership solutions. This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by earnings, customer experience, and delivering a smooth, confident buying process.

• Have experience in finance & insurance, automotive F&I, retail finance, banking, lending, or commission-based sales
• Are motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
• Enjoy working directly with customers to guide financial decisions on large purchases
• Communicate confidently and can explain financing, terms, and protection products clearly and professionally
• Are detail-oriented and able to manage contracts, compliance, and multiple deals simultaneously
• Are organized, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• RV or Automotive F&I experience preferred

Ideal candidates are confident, customer-focused, and skilled at building trust while helping customers protect and finance their investment. This position is a great fit for individuals coming from automotive F&I, banking, lending, or high-ticket sales roles who want to maximize their earning potential in a fast-growing dealership environment.

Sales Associate - $75k-$100k - The Sales Associate engages customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless, high-energy buying experience. This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals who are motivated by performance, customer satisfaction, and unlimited earning potential.

• Have experience in retail, automotive, real estate, furniture, or commission-based sales
• Are motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working toward commission-based earnings
• Enjoy building relationships and delivering a strong customer experience
• Communicate confidently and enjoy helping customers make big-ticket purchasing decisions
• Are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process
• Are open to training and coaching — no RV experience required

Ideal candidates are motivated, customer-focused, and enjoy building relationships while helping families create lasting memories. This position is also a great fit for career-changers or those coming from hospitality, customer service, or inside sales roles who want to move into a higher-earning, relationship-driven sales career.
