NaphCare partners with correctional facilities across the nation to provide proactive, patient-focused high-quality healthcare with our teams of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff.
Responsibilities
The person will have oversight for multiple facilities located throughout WA and will be an instrumental part of continuing to expand our footprint in the West. Main responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and mentoring on-site Health Service Administrators, who are typically Registered Nurses.
- Traveling to and supporting sites, while also launching new corporate initiatives at sites
- Developing strong collaborative relationships with clients to pilot new programs
- Responsible for ensuring that sites stay well-staffed and trained on the latest NaphCare process and procedures.
- Assurance of site compliance with NCCHC, ACA, and professional nursing standards.
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Nursing or Healthcare Management/Administration or a comparable degree. They will have demonstrated knowledge of clinical operations and experience in leading teams.
