The EPC/Project Procurement Specialist is responsible for end-to-end procurement execution within projects, ensuring alignment between commercial, technical and project requirements. This role is critical to ITM’s growth as we scale operations, modernise processes and strengthen value delivery across all direct product categories.


This role will support EPC Model development and be responsible for subcontractor selection and commercial alignment.


Acting as a partner to key stakeholders, you will also take a hands-on role in shaping sourcing strategies and driving process improvements within a rapidly evolving environment.


Tasks

  • Take full ownership of project‑specific sourcing activities

  • Lead RFQs, supplier and subcontractor selection, evaluation, and commercial alignment

  • Ensure alignment between engineering, project and supplier requirements

  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery and risks

  • Support project timelines and cost targets

  • Support the development and refinement of the EPC delivery model

  • Implement transparent KPI frameworks and reporting to drive performance visibility


Requirements

Knowledge and Experience



  • CIPS qualification (or working towards) desirable; Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in business administration or economics (or other relevant subject)

  • Strong experience in EPC procurement

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • Proficient in procurement systems, data analysis, and contract management


Skills and Abilities



  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality

  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-changing business and drive change where needed

  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and German language
