Business Analyst – Sales Support (Onsite | Contract | USC/GC Only)

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Sales Support professional with a passion for making an impact in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Sales team supporting commercial sales operations across deregulated energy markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams with processing commercial agreements and sales operations
• Act as liaison between Internal Sales Teams, Channel Partners, and Customers
• Analyze inbound Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Handle account setup, usage data gathering, proposal updates, and pricing refreshes
• Coordinate opportunity setup processes to support bidding activities
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Assist with process improvements and operational enhancements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal departments
• Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership
• Perform additional related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Financial analysis experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
