Description

  • Perform requirements discovery with partners and/or end-customers.
  • Design right-sized print and scanning solutions (device mix, volumes, media, accessories)
  • Prepare and delivery product demos, solution presentations and Proof-of-Concepts for partners' corporate and government accounts
  • Train reseller sales and technical teams on product features and competitive positioning
  • Work with Channel Account Manager and Sales Operations Coordinator to validate forecasts for key projects if needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 to 3 years in pre-sales, technical sales or product specialist roles (printers, copiers, IT solutions or similar)
  • Solid understanding of multi-function devices, drivers, basic IT infrastructure and document workflows
