IT Director

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to drive our digital transformation, IT strategy, and operational excellence across the organization.

This executive role will oversee IT, Operations, and Administrative Services, ensuring strong governance, cybersecurity resilience, regulatory compliance, and a superior customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide IT strategy & digital transformation
• Oversee Operations & Administrative Services, including customer service and support functions
• Drive cloud modernization (multi-cloud), cybersecurity, and IT governance
• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory frameworks (GLBA, FFIEC, PCI, SOX, etc.)
• Enhance customer experience (CX) through omnichannel solutions
• Lead data, analytics, and vendor management strategies

🔹 What we’re looking for

• 10–15+ years in IT, including leadership in cloud and cybersecurity
• Strong experience in financial services environment
• Expertise in AWS, Azure, or OCI
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, transformation, and operations
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure, ITIL, PMP, etc.) are a plus
