Job Description

Role Overview

Yosi Health is looking for an experienced Application Solution Architect to design, build, and scale secure healthcare applications on AWS.

You’ll lead architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-performance, compliant, and cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end application architecture
  • Build scalable solutions using microservices & serverless architecture
  • Lead cloud architecture on AWS
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams
  • Ensure security, performance, and compliance (HIPAA standards)
  • Mentor developers and review technical designs

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years overall experience in application development & architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
    • PHP & MySQL
  • Solid AWS expertise:
    • EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS
    • API Gateway, CloudFront, CloudWatch
  • Experience with:
    • Microservices
    • Event-driven & serverless architecture
    • CI/CD pipelines
    • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of logging, monitoring & performance tuning
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Healthcare standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR
  • Experience building secure and compliant healthcare applications

Ideal Candidate

  • Has moved from Senior Engineer → Tech Lead → Architect
  • Hands-on + design mindset (not just diagrams 😉)
  • Comfortable leading architecture for large-scale systems
  • Open to working from Tamil Nadu / Hyderabad or nearby states
