IT Graduate – IT ISM Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and administration of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, operational tools)
• Contribute to system availability through proactive monitoring and issue prevention
• Assist in resolving incidents and performance issues related to IT services
• Collaborate with internal teams and business units to ensure smooth IT operations
• Support IT projects by validating infrastructure readiness and meeting acceptance criteria
• Participate in different rotations to gain exposure to various IT support areas
• Learn and gradually take ownership of first-level support and service desk activities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed within the last 1 year or ongoing studies)
• Fluent English knowledge
• Basic IT background (infrastructure, systems, or programming fundamentals)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and develop in IT operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
