Job Responsibility

  • 自有產品（日誌系統與資訊事件管理平台）建置、維護
  • 回應、處理客戶問題與客戶端教育訓練
  • 協助優化自有產品功能與使用者介面
  • 標案建議書撰寫與簡報製作

Requirements

  • 教育程度: 大學以上，資訊工程、資訊科學、資訊管理相關。
  • 工作經驗: 二年以上系統管理經驗。
  • 相關技能:
  • 英文 讀/寫中等。
  • 具Linux系統操作經驗，能閱讀與改寫script，具相關證照者佳。
  • 具邏輯思考能力，能釐清客戶需求並尋求解決方案。

Preferred:

  • 具備ISO27001或者ISO20000相關知識。
  • 熟悉ELK、Graylog、Zabbix等軟體使用。
