BMC’s SaaS Ops team is looking for an Experienced DevOps Engineer to join us and design, develop, and implement complex applications, using the latest technologies. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: * Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins * Develop and manage automation playbooks using Ansible * Work on container orchestration and deployment using Kubernetes * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform * Automate deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning * Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve release processes and system reliability * Work with AWS/Azure cloud environments for deployment and infrastructure management * Manage source code repositories using Git and track activities through JIRA * Ensure high availability, performance, monitoring, and security of applications and infrastructure * Troubleshoot build, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues * Follow DevOps and SRE best practices to improve operational efficiency * Contribute innovative ideas for process improvements and automation

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You have at least 3 years in a DevOps\SRE role
• You implemented CI\CD pipelines with best practices
• You have experience in Kubernetes
• You have knowledge in AWS\Azure Cloud implementation
• You worked with GIT repository and JIRA tools
• You are passionate about quality and demonstrate creativity and innovation in enhancing the product.
• You are a problem-solver with good analytical skills
• You are a team player with effective communication skills Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
• SRE practices& GitHub/ Spinnaker/Jenkins/Maven/ JIRA etc.
• Automation Playbooks (Ansible)
• Infrastructure-as-a-code (IaaC) using Terraform/Cloud Formation Template/ ARM Template
• Scripting in Bash/Python/Go
• Microservices, Database, API implementation
• Monitoring Tools, such as Prometheus/Jager/Grafana /AppDynamic, DataDog, Nagios etc.)
• Agile/Scrum process

At HELIX we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 2,790,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The salary listed is just one component of HELIX's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
