Description

We’re looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our Santiago team, helping build tools that make next-gen robotics systems debuggable, understandable, and reliable.
You’ll work closely with a high-caliber US-based robotics and AI company, designing developer interfaces, visualization plugins, and backend systems that make massive telemetry and sensor data usable. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems from first principles and owning solutions end-to-end.
Over time, your scope could grow into data pipelines, infrastructure, or deeper backend tooling — wherever your strengths meet the team’s evolving challenges.
Robotics experience isn’t required. We’re looking for strong software fundamentals, product thinking, and a drive to build great tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Build visualizations, dashboards, and plugins that expose what robots are doing and why
  • Design backend services and data flows to handle high-rate telemetry
  • Collaborate with US-based engineering teams solving real-world autonomy problems
  • Learn new domains like robotics, AI, cloud systems, and infrastructure
  • Be part of a mentorship-focused pod that values learning and coaching

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with US-based teams.
  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design).
  • Experience building and operating backend systems — you’ve designed APIs, worked with cloud infrastructure, and built services that are performant, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Comfort working across the stack — you can build applications end-to-end, and you’re productive in TypeScript, even if it’s not your primary language.
  • Track record of owning projects from initial design through implementation, launch, and ongoing support.
  • Pragmatic and product-minded — you care about solving real problems with clean, well-engineered solutions.

Benefits

  • Fun team activities every month to build strong bonds.
  • We're located in a great area, with plenty to enjoy nearby (El Golf, Las Condes).
  • Snacks and drinks are always stocked in the office.
  • Weekly team lunches to recharge and connect.
  • You’ll work closely with high-caliber US-based companies.
  • Comprehensive health and dental insurance to keep you covered.
  • Wellness activities reimbursement.
