Reporting to Operational Excellence this role will work closely with and support the manufacturing, warehouse, quality and blending teams to ensure company controls around inventory management and reporting are maintained to the highest standards. In addition to Production clerk responsibilities, the role involves participating and assisting in other tasks within the warehouse / operations area as they are arising. The role also involves excellent communication and influencing skills as we continually strive to enhance quality, efficiency and reduce cost. This is a permanent role on a particular shift however due to financial months and year end deadlines flexibility is required.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production, Blending, Quality, Warehouse - Create, reconcile, and close Process orders. Update scorecards and daily production numbers, generate reports, closely communicate between departments for past, current and or ongoing PO's
  • Inventory Management - Using inventory dashboards, completing, entering, and reconciling process orders using Excel, SAP and WMS monitoring and correcting inventory transactions with SAP/WMS, sorting out inventory issues as they arise and support inventory loss reduction initiatives.
  • Finance - Inventory Accuracy reporting in line with monthly deadlines and inventory activities for the plant, ensure timely recording and processing of inventory adjustments and appropriate inventory control in SAP
  • Audits - Prepare and assist in internal, external audits.
  • Operational Excellence - apply tools and techniques to continuously improve our processes and eliminate waste, work with cross functional teams to enhance People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance and enhance inventory dashboards and reports

POSISTION REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated excellent computer literacy together with an aptitude to develop further computer skills.
  • Experience in MS Excel, SAP, WMS, Power BI.
  • Organized, methodical, tidy and the ability to work in a controlled and structured way with a high level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a challenging environment and the ability to drive constant improvement.
  • Ability to work on own initiative in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent mathematical, mechanical and communication skills.

Pay Range:
United States of America: 51,480 USD - 62,920 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
