You Will
- Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and external partners to understand business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Own the Sales Coverage Model, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, client hierarchy management, and prioritization modeling.
- Lead renewals campaign data and forecasting for the Inside Sales team.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries (Snowflake and SQL Server), stored procedures, and data pipelines (SSIS) to support reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, sources, and reports.
- Build, optimize, and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets using multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity.
- Establish a regular cadence of insights delivery to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for data models, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or a quantitative field (Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Math) or equivalent experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- At least four years of advanced SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
- Advanced experience using Snowflake for analytics.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle OLFM.
- Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- A passion for visualization, analysis, and championing data‑driven decision‑making.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with delivery teams across time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and secure executive buy‑in.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Snowflake Intelligence / Agentic AI.
- Experience with marketing campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization, including familiarity with key marketing terminology.
Location:
This is a U.S.-based role and we cannot consider global applications at this time. Can be either fully remote (anywhere in U.S.) or hybrid model, depending on proximity to Shelton, CT.
