ELS is hiring for the position of Reservation Clerk in Orlando, Florida.

What you'll do:

The Upgrade Sales Coordinator identifies opportunities to sell additional and/or exclusive offers and upgrades to guests. This position works closely with community and resort managers to coordinate outreach and promotional efforts.

Your job will include:

• Collaborate with community and resort managers to gain a thorough understanding of each guest population.
• Schedule meetings with existing guests to present available offers and upgrades.
• Prepare and update promotional materials to describe upgrade opportunities.
• Maintain a current knowledge of the company's offerings and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Identify and disseminate best sales practices.
• Identify and utilize metrics to assess the success of various sales techniques.

Experience & skills you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of sales or retail experience, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Dedication to providing an exceptional level of customer service.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
