We're hiring a Marketing Transformation Specialist to help us define how we go to market. If you love turning market insights into differentiated strategies and campaigns that drive growth, this role offers the visibility and impact you're looking for. The Marketing Transformation Specialist is a strategic individual contributor responsible for driving marketing transformation across East Asia. The role owns Annual Marketing & Sales Plan (AMSP) for East Asia Marketing, designs end to end marketing ways of working and ensures marketing investments are aligned with country business priorities, with a strong focus on quality, impact, and speed.

The role drives initiatives end to end, from strategy and planning, through execution enablement with Centre of Excellence (Segment & Digital), to campaign impact reporting. It acts as the architect and enabler of how marketing is planned, delivered, and measured across the region.

What will you do?

AMSP & Marketing Investment Focus

  • Own the AMSP process for East Asia Marketing.
  • Collaborate with local marcom team to ensure marketing budgets and activities are prioritised based on country business objectives.
  • Drive a quality over quantity mindset, focusing on fewer, higher impact initiatives.
  • Enable fast, structured decision making through clear prioritisation frameworks and guardrails.

End to End Marketing Ways of Working
  • Design and govern end to end marketing ways of working, from strategy and campaign design to execution and final reporting.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across East Asia, while allowing for local market needs.

Country & Centre of Excellence (Segment & Digital) Operating Model
  • Define how country marketing teams work with Segment and Digital Centre of Excellence, including roles, interfaces, and decision rights.
  • Act as the strategic connector to ensure Centre of Excellence resources are focused on the highest impact priorities.

Marketing Impact & Performance
  • Define frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact, beyond activity metrics.
  • Drive consistent adoption of impact-based reporting across countries.
  • Consolidate regional insights to inform future planning and prioritisation.

Success Indicators
  • High-quality AMSP planning and execution aligned with business priorities, with investments focused on fewer but higher-impact initiatives.
  • Effective integration of Centre of Excellence and Country Marcom through clearly defined processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Clear, documented use case of a successful segment campaign demonstrating how strategy and marketing planning drive business outcomes across East Asia.

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • 5-8 years' experience in marketing strategy, marketing excellence, transformation, PMO, or business enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and regional / multi country environments.
  • Proven ability to design processes, influence stakeholders, and drive change without direct authority.
  • Strategic, structured, impact driven, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
