Our client is looking for someone with understanding within ITIL

The Role
You will be primarily responsible for Review hand over to support documentation for new features and each software release
Based in the office in Avonmouth/hybrid you will be tasked with the following:
– Complete daily check activities to ensure products are functioning as expected.
– Produce internal support process documentation.
– Resolve internal and external product queries.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this Product support specialist will understand customer support and the service desk.
You’ll also need a background in IT support
Plus, it is vital that you have experience in office 365/customer service
In addition, you’ll need (a driver’s license/SC clearance, etc.)

The Package
Basic salary: £35,000 per annum
