What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Getting to know our customers personally and building trust that keeps them coming back (and referring their friends and family!)
- Reviewing their current coverage with fresh eyes and suggesting smart, personalized options that actually fit their life right now
- Stepping in to handle the trickier situations — working hand-in-hand with the rest of the team to make sure things get resolved smoothly and everyone leaves happy
- Sharing your knowledge of our auto, home, life, and other products confidently — whether it's with someone we've worked with for years or a new neighbor who just walked in
- Someone who's already got solid experience in insurance sales, account management, or a similar customer-focused role
- A valid Florida insurance license
- A natural people-person with strong communication and leadership vibes — you enjoy chatting, listening, and genuinely connecting
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about sales conversations (we believe in helping people protect what's important, not high-pressure tactics)
