Media Coordinator

In this role, you'll oversee the quality control, layback, and delivery of localized media content (dubbed and subtitled) for our client base. You'll collaborate with in house post-production teams translators, and audio engineers to ensure seamless, on-spec delivery of high-quality content. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Manage layback workflows: syncing dubbed audio, subtitles, and other media elements • Perform detailed QC checks on video/audio deliverables • Ensure all assets meet technical specifications and platform requirements • Coordinate delivery of final files (masters, mixes, subtitles) • Work cross-functionally to track project status, troubleshoot issues, and maintain schedules • Use media asset management tools to track versions and archive projects If you're a detail-oriented media professional passionate about delivering high-quality content to a global audience — we’d love to connect with you. 👉 Apply now or share with someone in your network!
