Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling & marketing of chiller products and solutions to clients in all market segments.
- Explore the assigned territory in depth for business opportunities, new developing markets and segments like industrial, Hospitality, healthcare and Government initiatives.
- Identify key consultants/decision makers of industries and maintaining relationships with them for business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and approach for sales pitching and presentations.
- Achieve assigned product sales targets within the designated area.
- Develop strong relations with existing channel partners and develop new ones for effective territory and market segments coverage.
- Prepare and submit weekly/Monthly reports to reporting manager as per the requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of chiller products and their applications, including Screw, Centrifugal, and Scroll types.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions as per their need
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and growth.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
