About The Role
As a Product Manager, you’ll help drive our product development process from idea to execution. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on multiple physical products, supporting every step from early-stage concepts and testing to launch and ongoing improvement.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and customers, and play a critical role in building high-quality, effective products that our customers love. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in product management and make a visible impact in a fast-paced, growing company.
What You'll Do
- Support product development from conception through launch and post-launch improvements
- Assist in product testing and experimentation to ensure product quality and performance
- Act as a hands-on support during lab testing; document and organize findings
- Help maintain organized documentation, including notes, specs, and test results
- Conduct market research and gather competitive insights to support product decisions
- Coordinate with vendors to manage sample creation and delivery timelines
- Communicate with customers to collect feedback and identify areas for product improvement
- Collaborate across departments (marketing, operations, sourcing, engineering) to move initiatives forward
- Track progress across multiple products using roadmap and project management tools
- Identify opportunities to reduce timelines or avoid roadblocks in the development process
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required — relevant experience is highly valued
- Some exposure to managing or supporting physical product development is a plus
- Familiarity with product management tools and roadmap tracking systems
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
