You’ll own marketing initiatives end-to-end, partnering closely with the Director of Marketing, business, and sales teams to build a high-impact ecosystem across demand, brand, and market visibility.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞:
- Marketing Strategy & Growth
Identify growth opportunities across channels and turn them into actionable plans
Act as a strategic partner to sales and leadership teams
- Demand & Pipeline
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across content, event marketing, email, partnerships, and community
Measure, track funnel performance, optimise campaigns and drive ROI
- PR, Brand & Market Presence
Support the PR team in building thought leadership, media outreach and industry storytelling
Ensure a sharp, consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Events & Partnerships
Build partnerships that amplify reach and support business objectives
- Team & Ownership
Set clear priorities, drive accountability and create a culture of ownership
Stay hands-on - this is a builder role
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- 4-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS
- Strong exposure to demand generation, PR and events
- Experience building and executing marketing strategy from scratch or scale-up stages
- Comfortable leading teams while staying deeply involved in execution
- Entrepreneurial mindset - bias for action, comfort with ambiguity and high ownership
- Ability to connect marketing outcomes directly to business impact
- Real ownership with freedom to build and experiment
- A fast-growing, high-ambition environment with minimal hierarchy
- Direct impact on revenue, brand, and long-term growth
