About This Position
- Lead key account to achieve the yearly target and growth, strive for share cover.
- Drive ADP and collaborate internal related parties to support customer achieve objectives.
- Maintain daily relationship and intimacy with customer.
- Clearly capture customer's requirement on products and innovation.
- Systematically manage distributors, projects and customers.
- Daily customer visit and trouble shooting.
- Daily visit and customer CTQ capture.
- Internal communication & new product development related.
- Paper work and report.
- Seminar and others.
- 8-10 years' experience in a commercial role with solid key account management or sales skills.
- Good at leveraging internal resources and cross-functional cooperation skills.
- Ability to proactively manage and drive project progress.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English & Chinese.
