Purpose of the role Being part of the Global Velocity Team and reporting to the European Sales manager, the Velocity Sales Executive is a quota-carrying role responsible for managing and growing a defined territory of customers. This role owns the full sales cycle, drives predictable ARR and acts as a partner for our customer advocating the FUSION ARP strategy to them.

This role owns the full sales cycle, drives predictable ARR and acts as a partner for our customer advocating the FUSION ARP strategy to them.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Adopt a customer first mindset, acting as trusted advisor.
- Own a defined territory and customer portfolio, carrying an annual ARR quota that each month needs to retire.
- Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, qualification, discovery, value articulation, ROI demonstration, proposal and close, in line with the internal sales methodology.
- Build, maintain and execute a territory plan, taking full accountability to keep updated it and presenting results via QBR´s.
- Drive adoption of sales best practices, consistently using internal processes and tools (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Seismic, BI) to maximize efficiency and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and opportunity management within CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Professional Services mainly, to deliver great customer experiences.
- Actively gather customer feedback, managing expectations versus realistic and profitable outcomes for Keyloop, and share insights internally.
- Demonstrate curiosity and proactivity in a fast-paced environment, continuously developing product, industry, and sales skills.
- Follow company and departmental procedures, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Key Results Indicators & Measures of Success
- Consistent achievement of monthly and annual ARR targets.
- Development of a healthy, high-velocity pipeline aligned with territory potential.
- High volume and quality of customer interactions across email, phone and video.
- Strong pipeline conversion rates and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Native Spanish speaker, based in Spain (+Fluent in English)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS native solutions or technology-led solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, focused on delivering ARR on monthly basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills for internal and external stakeholders’ presentation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, demonstrating flexibility and a positive solutions-oriented approach.
- Hands on experience using CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach)
- Experience within automotive or mobility is a strong advantage.
