Role Overview:
The Copilot & AI Enablement Engineer is the central point of contact for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents at Keyloop. This role exists to protect and maximise the company’s AI investment by ensuring Copilot and agent capabilities are implemented safely, governed correctly, adopted effectively, and aligned with Power Platform environments and security controls.
Contribution Level:
Sits at the intersection of AI enablement, Power Platform engineering, security collaboration, and user adoption. Works closely with IT, Security, the AI CoE, and the wider Keyloop community to ensure Copilot and AI agents are safe, scalable, governed, and genuinely valuable to the business.Roles & responsibilities
1. Copilot & AI Point of Contact (Enterprise)- Act as the named escalation and advisory contact for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents across the business
- Provide clear guidance on what Copilot can be used for, what should use agents, and when alternative tools are appropriate
- Support departments with use-case validation, feasibility discussions, and safe adoption paths

Support the design, build, and lifecycle management of Copilot Studio agents, including:
- Internal knowledge agents (HR, IT, onboarding, policy, community)
- Process agents (approvals, triage, routing, automation)
- Support and troubleshooting agents

Define and maintain agent design standards, including:
- Prompt structure
- Guardrails and safe-response patterns
- Knowledge scoping and grounding
- Manage agent sharing, permissions, and environment placement 3. Power Platform & AI Integration
- Own the relationship between Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors

Support AI-assisted workflows such as:
- Email and request classification
- Automated routing and escalation
- Audit tagging and reporting
- Ensure flows and agents are environment-safe, service-account-backed where required, and resilient to leaver scenarios 4. Governance, Security & Risk Alignment

Partner with Information Security and the AI CoE to ensure:
- Copilot usage aligns with enterprise data protection and Microsoft Product Terms
- Agent access follows identity, permissions, and Zero Trust standards
- Shadow AI risk is reduced through approved alternatives
- Help define and maintain AI usage patterns, agent governance rules, and environment/sharing controls 5. Adoption, Community & Enablement

Actively support and grow the Copilot community, including:
- Sharing best-practice prompts and patterns
- Maintaining Copilot learning hubs and shared resources
- Supporting department-specific enablement (Finance, HR, Product, IT)
- Contribute to training, roadshows, and internal communications around Copilot and agents
- Encourage self-service creation while providing guardrails and escalation paths 6. Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on Copilot and agent adoption, usage patterns, and productivity indicators
- Feed insights into ROI discussions, licensing strategy, and roadmap prioritisation
Experience and skillsets required:
Essential
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Experience supporting low-code / no-code solutions in an enterprise environment
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management across IT, Security, and business teams
Desirable
- Experience with AI governance, security, or compliance
- Exposure to agent design patterns and conversational AI
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, permissions models, and environment strategy
- Experience supporting enterprise adoption or Centres of Excellence

- Understanding of enterprise data protection, identity management, and Zero Trust principles
- Ability to define and enforce AI usage patterns, agent governance rules, and security controls

- Demonstrates rigour, structure, and the ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive in driving adoption, community engagement, and continuous improvement
