Role Purpose: Responsible for managing customer and internal projects to budget, schedule, and quality. Working with global teams across departments and markets, this role demands timely and effective communications with customers and various internal parties across multiple concurrent projects. Working closely with customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring that work is completed on time to expected standards. The Project Lead is well organized, articulate, detail-orientated and able to work on tight deadlines with an understanding of business operations. You take pride in your work and customer service and have the drive to make things happen to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse defined scope, impact, resources, and outcomes of projects, and gain customer agreement to these.
- Assign work, share information around an order/project, delegate responsibilities and support the involved resources to ensure on time customer delivery.
- Monitor project scope, deliverables, costs, performance, and business benefits to keep on track. Report and escalate on both adhoc and regular deviations.
- Maintain and control documentation and systems, and communicate project progress and outcomes to the project sponsor and the customer.
- Deal with project issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary during, and on completion of the project.
- Close projects to enable revenue recognition, and review lessons learned.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator in an operational or technology environment, managing customer and internal projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work with remote teams and on tight deadlines
