Your Tasks
- You develop and execute strategic account and market plans for your assigned customer portfolio.
- You build, nurture, and expand long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- You proactively identify new business opportunities while continuously monitoring market trends and competitive activities.
- You lead offer preparation and contract negotiations, coordinating acquisition activities both strategically and operationally.
- You create meaningful sales reports and forecasts, ensuring high data quality and transparency within the CRM system.
- You represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to actively expand your professional network.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial vehicles sector, ideally in a similar role or as an Account Manager or a Business Developer
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions
- Strong initiative, results-driven mindset, and entrepreneurial way of thinking that supports business growth and the pursuit of new opportunities
- Proven ability to work effectively in international teams and engage with customers across different cultural contexts (intercultural competence)
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Languages: English at C1 level or higher; German skills are an advantage
- Strong understanding of automotive technical domains and value chains
- Confident use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a data-driven approach to managing sales activities
