On-site Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
- Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's data and infrastructure offerings
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach for key decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Data, etc.)
- Track and manage leads and activities through CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve messaging
- Maintain accurate records and regularly report on KPIs and conversion rates
- 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in the Data or Infrastructure industry
- Proven track record with cold calling and outbound lead generation
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working full-time from a downtown Toronto office (5 days/week)
- Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
