Our partner, a leading innovator in the HVAC distribution space and currently recognized as one of the top-performing providers in Michigan, is seeking an Account Executive to join their rapidly expanding team in Howell, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established B2B wholesale leader specializing in appliances, packaged HVAC systems, and energy management solutions. Compensation:

  • Salary and Uncapped Commission + equity/profit-sharing opportunities

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3-7+ years of sales experience/ CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • HUNTER mindset + mentality!
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
  • Build and manage a full sales pipeline from prospect to close
