To support this growth, we have recently opened a new office in Barcelona, where we are building a dynamic local team. We are now seeking a Sales Specialist (Comercial) to join us on-site and play a key role in driving business development and strengthening our position in the Spanish market.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with Spanish drugstore chains and specialized stores.
- Manage and enhance collaborations with existing clients, ensuring goals are met and fostering strong business relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor cosmetic industry trends to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close tailored commercial proposals with potential and existing clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and meetings, promoting our brands and products.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and solutions.

- Experience: At least 2 years in sales, preferably in the cosmetics or related sectors.
- Market Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of the Spanish cosmetics market, with a near-native understanding of local business dynamics.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1 minimum, ideally native-like) and a high level of English (B2 or higher).
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with tools such as CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
