The Role
We are seeking experienced, high performing Account Executive's to join our commercial team as a key sales operator in the Australian market. You will drive sales across larger practices, clinics and health systems by building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.
Your focus will be on selling our suite of AI-products of autonomous Heidi’s with the goal of ensuring Heidi wins across the Australian market.
This position requires a proven individual contributor in SaaS who can jump into deals and lead by example in a highly motivated team. You must have a winning track record in software sales with a killer instinct.
What You'll Do
- Manage sales opportunities within the Australian market, building relationships with key stakeholders across larger practices, clinics and health systems.
- Deliver a strong performance as an individual contributor, set a standard of sales excellence and lead by example when it comes to sales process and execution.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using product usage signals, ensuring consistent lead generation, nurturing and accurate sales forecasting.
- Use solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi’s platform to solve specific challenges within healthcare organizations.
- Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, articulating the value of our autonomous AI products.
- Execute closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to drive market growth.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as necessary.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in software sales, bonus if in the healthcare industry but not essential.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles with high ownership and urgency in fast growth tech.
- Ability to operate independently in a hyper-speed team with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build deep trust with healthcare stakeholders.
- Be a team player and act as a mentor to up and coming sales team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales processes to deliver results.
