Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify and assess customer requirements to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage sales leads and follow up effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and technical advancements.
- Collaborate with sales support to ensure clear customer communication.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations.
- Create sales and marketing proposals.
- Set and achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows as needed.
- Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum two years of sales experience required.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally up to 80%, with occasional travel for training or meetings.
- Driving Duties. As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.
