Job Description
- Develops and executes sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitors and evaluates dealer/branch sales performance.
- Strengthens brand visibility and positioning in the market.
- Conducts regular market research and competitor analysis.
- Leads, trains, and mentors the sales team to ensure target alignment.
- Coordinates with Marketing for brand campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepares sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights for management
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
- Minimum of 35 years experience in sales, marketing, or brand management
- Proven Work Experience as a Branch Sales Manager in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (Tires, Lubricants & Battery).
- Strong knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Willing to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
