Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of sales strategies and sales pipeline management
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments
- Ability to drive a value-based selling approach with clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment
- Background or experience in marketing
- Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in a dynamic atmosphere
- Solid knowledge of MS Office tools
- Experience working with CRM systems or similar platforms is a plus
- Gross base salary: 3,300 BGN
- Target bonus: 1,425 BGN
