The role: Enterprise Account Manager – strategic sales

Reporting to the Sector Lead of Healthcare who is based at our Head Office and Showroom in Highbrook, the main emphasis of the Enterprise Account Managers role is to manage a well-established client base of healthcare customers at a national level, managing C-Suite &, Procurement opportunities with a national footprint.

Ideally you will have the knowledge and experience from working within the healthcare sector. You could be currently servicing these types of customers or looking to develop your career further within the healthcare sector.

As Our New Enterprise Account Manager, You Will

  • Be responsible for growth and retention of your customer portfolio
  • Strategically partner with key decision makers to deliver exceptional value for OfficeMax and our customers
  • Build and maintain key relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed assigned financial targets within customer portfolio
  • Identify and convert sales, margin, and growth opportunities
  • Oversees fulfilment of customer contracts and compliance
  • Formulate and execute business cases for account retention and growth
  • Respond to RFPs and tender requests, including preparing customer presentations.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to secure commercial contracts
  • Expert negotiation management skills
  • At least 5 years' experience in account management roles
  • Ability to identify appropriate market opportunities and proven sales success dealing with multilevel strategic decision makers i.e. Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Procurement leads, CFO’s, Site managers
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills including formal presentations.
  • Confidence using cloud based CRM tools and office applications.
  • Previous experience within healthcare industries would be an added bonus
