Role: Inside Sales/Account Manager
Location: Devens, MA
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and quoting
- Contact new and existing customers to increase sales
- Emphasize the technology and services to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Follow up on quotes sent and keep in contact with customers after delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues in all departments to facilitate customer satisfaction
- Maintain contact lists to insure we have the best contact information for all customers
- Must have the ability to read prints and view electronic drawings to generate quotes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Ability to procure vendor pricing for product and services
- Very good communication skills via phone, email, and face to face customer contact.
- Must have a customer first mentality and a drive to succeed
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent organizational Time management
- Excellent computer skills
- Industry Knowledge and Experience desirable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills attention to detail
